Our objective is to discuss the latest business and operational strategies being utilized by cardiovascular programs throughout the United States in hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. In every environment, we see some cardiovascular programs implementing new and innovative strategies while other programs are stagnant or constricting in size and quality.  We will explore and examine the reasons why some cardiovascular programs are very successful while others are flat or die. 

Finally, we seek the opinions of other bloggers.  We want input from all sectors of society, including healthcare providers, industry, and individuals who are concerned about heart and vascular disease.
